I have more than ten years of experience as a Manager in various companies. As per my experience, we always try our best to keep staff self motivated. We believed if employee happy they don’t need to push for work. Following features we are trying in our office, which differentiate us from other –

I was working in CA firm. Here all employees working since company begins for 25 years. Because of this here every one salary is on top. Receptions salary 80000, Admin salary reached 100000+, It salary 80000, Dispatch man 25000/-. So be here for long life, it’s good for both.

All employee of our office are live as one family. No relation with any one as Boss- employee.
- Khub Masti and Khub work is our key mantra –
Since beginning we have been taking a mantra is Khub masti kro and khub sara kam kro. To relax from job work, we do fun, Birthday party, Pijja party, Mac Donald party, Invite Friend group, Picnic, Gift etc.

|7||Incentives – 10-15% on above 1-2 lakh work. When target complete. Every company give one target. Above this 1-2 lakh target if employee reaches, than they give incentive. So use brain. - Incentive ratio –
Other company give target 1-2 lakh. When work go above this 1-2lakh, than they provide 10-20% incentive on only above amount. Example if profit reach 110000/-. They provide 20% on (100000-10000=10000 above amount) Where in our office we provide 10% on entire 110000/-
Calculations difference –
- Other Company – 110000- 10000 = 10000 * 20% =2000
- Our office – 110000 * 10% = 10000
Do not go for rate. Might be % rate is small. But given amount is higher.
- Fix time for every one–
In every company having one fix time for open office for all staff. They don’t think about particular employee. But in our office it is flexible time. You can choose any slot as per your comfort. 9-5, 9.30-5.30, 10-6, 10.30-6.30, 11-7pm. Reason every can attain job and they can do their best here.
- Reach late in office – If late by time, marked absent-
In Angel Broking there was office time is 9.30am. If any employee reached 9.31 one minute late they count one late mark. On three late marks they mark one day leave. But in our office you come late you can go late and complete 8 hour.
- Provide time for personal study –
Every time give leave for personal activities, for Cochin, for attain class and college etc. You can finish your ahead study only here.
- Saturday and Sunday you can cover leave.
You can cover your leave on Saturday and Sunday also. If anyone wants to earn higher salary they can also work in any holiday’s day.
- Saturday half day leave.
Very few companies provide Saturday leave. In my whole year’s career, I didn’t get half day on Saturday in my life. But our all staff are lucky in this case. I thought if employees happy they can cover their work in less time also.
- Long office hours –
In market office time is running – 9,10,11 hours in a day. I worked in Company here time was 9am to 7pm total 10hour daily. In our client Tejaswani Pvt Ltd office time is morning 10am to night 9pm. In my CA firm time was 10am to 7pm. But I have to stay 9.30 to 11-12pm.
If we ask you to come 9am to 7pm or 10am to 9pm can you imagine to coming? Definitely no. But it is realty of market.
Our time is shortest only 10 to 6pm
- Sunday invite for work –
We don’t invite any one for work on Sunday. But companies inviting. Last CA Firm and Axis Bank every company invited alternate Sunday.
- Over time for complete target –
. Our Maruti client female has to be stay till 8pm in night, if they not finished daily target. They ask to come Sunday to finished work. We didn’t do this yet with anyone. Are anyone ready to come if we apply in our office?
- Peace in office. No politics, No Partiality –
In almost every company, even big companies also doing politics and partiality to get promotions, get higher salary etc. We are Adhyatmic family. We do not believe in it.
- In every office having target –
Daily targets, Weekly targets, and monthly targets. Every senior has to be pressurise our junior because his also under pressure. But in our office No target, No Pressure. Till now we didn’t say any one why you did not do yet.
- Independent decision maker –
We provide liberty to take decision independently. You’re the Manager of your office you own, It generates decision making power in a person. This helps them to take decision independently in corporate and personal life.

Our Office situated main station of Mumbai. Its connected from Western line , as well as Centre line.
- Human Tendency –
It is Human tendency that, everyone likes others School, others College or others Company. Even his study in best School. Every company are tried to understand our best to everyone. But chailed always chailed. They thought, except our office every one provides better. But before choose a company always think following point –
- Office environment
- Boss behaviour
- Distance from office etc.
- Product easy to sale or difficult to sale.
- Notice period finish in current company. Otherwise current company will not provide experience letter. And without letter you cannot join.
- Before leave job read current company offer letter and also read company offer letter.
- Run for money is not everything. In Mumbai every amount will be less.
- Check job avaibilities and rate in market. Don’t go on other words.
- Leave job is five mints formalities in any company. But after this blackness everywhere.
- Peace in work is most important.
